IDEABONG titanium-zinc composite panels with titanium-zinc alloy as the panel, aluminum as the back, high pressure and low density polyethylene as the core material, formed by thermal composite is a new type of architectural decoration material. It can be used in building curtain wall, roof and indoor and outdoor decoration by combining the advantages of high strength, good flatness, light weight and low price of titanium zinc plate with the characteristics of strong metal texture, surface self-repair function, long service life and good composability. In the composite process of different materials, no glue or adhesive is used, and the intermediate core layer can choose mineral fire retardant core layer with better combustion performance, such as B1 and A2 grade fire retardant core material.

IDEABONG metal composite panels are made by contiguous bonding of two thin aluminum skins on either side of extruded LDPE or mineral flame retardant thermoplastic core materials. Aluminum surfaces have been pretreated before laminating and rolled onto various paint surfaces. We also offer metal composite materials (MCM), which feature the bonding of copper, zinc, stainless steel or titanium skins to the same core with a special finish. Both Alida aluminum-plastic panels and metal composite panels provide the rigidity of heavy sheet metal in the form of lightweight composites.
Easy To Manufacture
IDEABONG metal composite panels can be machined using ordinary woodworking or metalworking tools without the need for special tools. It can be easily performed by cutting, slotting, stamping, drilling, bending, rolling and many other processes, so that the processing of metal composite plates is virtually unlimited and can be processed into a variety of complex forms and shapes.
