IDEABOND WEATHERPROOF SILICONE SEALANT

●Characteristic

IDEABOND 8100 product has an excellent adhesive ability to most construction materials without a primer. It has Good features as follow:

a. Can be easily used and extruded any time.

b. Excellent contact change and extrusion ability, in any air temperature (-40℃ to 100℃) can extrude easily.

c. Excellent adhesion to stone, ceramics, concrete, and other building materials. It has no pollution to porous materials.

d. Outstanding weatherproofing ability, resisting to ultraviolet ray, ozone.

●Where to use

IDEABOND 8100 is fit for sealing all kinds of glass doors and windows; automotive, ship, packaging, advertisement and family decorations.

●Use limitations

IDEABOND 8100 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:

a. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes, etc

b. In totally confined space (Silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure)

c. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the year.

IDEABOND 8100 is available in 300ml plastic cartridges, 24 cartridges/carton and 500ml aluminum sausage,20 sausages/carton

●Storage and usable life

When stored under dry and airy, 27℃ or lower temperature conditions in the original unopened  container, IDEABOND 8100 has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of manufacture.
